Warranty information

When your home is ready, we will provide you with a formal orientation of your home features and functionality.

We provide the "2-10 Home Buyers Warranty" (2-10 HBW) on all of our new homes. Through this program your warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer.

We offer the following warranty programs:

• One Year Workmanship - After you occupy your home, we will continue to work with you to make sure your satisfaction has been met. All our products and labor come with a 1 year warranty which includes two visits; one is scheduled 30 days after you move in and the second is scheduled at the end of the first year. This second visit allows us to make sure our product is free of defects and ensures customer satisfaction. This warranty covers issues such as water leaks, sheetrock cracks, plumbing defects, etc... We will provide you with a 2-10 warranty booklet that outlines the coverage details.
• Systems & Appliances Warranty (Home Service Contract) - This warranty can be purchased by you at closing or purchased directly from the 2-10 HBW. This warranty typically covers your home’s major systems such as the furnace, hot water heater, air conditioner, plumbing and electrical systems. It also covers major appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, disposal and trash compactor.
• Express Limited Warranty (10 Year) - This warranty covers any structural defects in your home for ten years.
